KodeIT is excited to introduce it's latest product, EDUKIT, It is a cloud-based one stop education management application that provides a platform for school administrators and providers of institutional training to plan, organize and execute their activities.
EDUKIT takes the pain of daunting school and training administration tasks programmes organisation and implementation. Some of the major purposes it serves is removing bottlenecks for organisations when keeping track of training programs, scheduling, timetables, payments, participants and historical data.
It allows organisations to easily and effectively design programmes, advertise, register participants, keep records and receive payments online along with more functionalities that facilitates the totality of educational management including documentation of historical data for easy access, tracking of training and automatic certification creation per teacher/student.
As providers of capacity building training ourselves, we found it tedious and difficult to organize our training schedules without having to use multiple tools in our organisation and delivery processes.
We felt there was need for a single system that enable effective and seamless work process without employing the use of excel, application forms, individual data collection and documentation ,emails, phone calls. This is where EDUKIT was born to enable every school institution or organisation to easily create training programmes to reach a wide range of participants.
What's appealing about this application is its flexibility and convenience of use. It is available 24/7 over the internet, just a matter of logging in. Creating a programme can take less than five minutes with payments all integrated. It gives ready access to captive audiences with a database of previous participants, place of work, emails and contact numbers. EDUKIT houses a record of all schools in districts and regional distribution in Ghana.
EDUKIT impacts educational management by facilitating easy access for many learners to acquire training from Institutions and schools without necessarily moving physically from their locale.
Built and supported locally using local workforce, EDUKIT has been piloted in a UDL programme for all teachers in the Greater Accra Region and currently under a second and third pilot in Eastern and Volta regions.
With our IT arm, KodeIT have a vision to empower Africa on the creation of Web Applications and horn IT skills in Ghana and on the continent at large.
EDUKIT will be officially launch this Summer 2024 and will be available for subscription to help eliminate a lot of paperwork and multiple systems.
